Pros

There was nothing positive about being here. The people in IT are awful. The CIO is the worst and to get paid trash on top of it should have been a sign.

Cons

Everything, read above. There was nothing good, fun or exciting on top of bad benefits and pay.

Pros

Great Benefits, 401k match, and great culture so long as you're on the "correct" side of the culture. People that you work alongside are amazing, and caring due to the culture. Plenty of career growth opportunity, with a catch ( You either sink or swim if you move up through the ranks) Training regimen for new hires on entry level positions is exceptional.

Cons

Expectations Change, Multiple changes throughout the organization. No internal specialized departmental training regiment that allows you to flourish into your role. Executives proudly stand behind the sink or swim mentality, inevitably if you sink you become the problem. High turnover in call center department due to leadership, or lack thereof. Culture is that of Being happy to help one another, what this means is that you wear many hats in your role; once you pick up the slack, said slack becomes your responsibility. Message is always conveyed to be open minded, and speak your mind, however if you speak your mind and step on the wrong toes be careful because you could become the "problem". If you're in management you have a very high role in product development and project management, something that should come down to a project management specialist and not a manager of a department due to the small footprint of this organization.
