Great company to start and grow your career!

Pros

Almost everyone in management was promoted from within - and most people in the back office came from a different department in the credit union. There are a lot of people that have been there over 30 years. I started in the branches and more than doubled my pay over the years by moving to different departments and being promoted.

Cons

It's still a small company so you're going to wear a lot of hats. It's great to learn so many things, but sometimes you can feel overwhelmed with all the projects going on.
