Pros

Collaboration- genuine care for the employees. Employees don’t realize how good it is here. Work for a bad company then work here. You will be grateful for all that the CEO and management does to make this a cool place to work.

Cons

Long work hours. Trying to find the work life balance continues to be a struggle. It’s what we trade to help the company get where it’s going. Management doesn’t value employee skills.

Great culture! The employees are really nice and hard working. Overall, they care about the member experience and are continuously working to improve products and services.

Cons

No covered parking; organizational changes occur quite frequently; some turnover
