My crew before they all got let go.

Cons

CEO and CIO are retaliatory. A horrible experience. I was caught in the crossfire of it all. It didn't matter.

Some people here are passionate about what they do. They are in the minority.

Cons

This company is a hot mess on the inside with people jumping ship left and right across all departments. The turnover is crazy, and has been for years. Trust the negative reviews here -- it really is that bad. Upper management continues to turn a blind eye to anything negative.

Our culture is rooted in honesty and transparency, and we truly appreciate your candid feedback about your impression of our organization. Our leadership continues to share the many areas where the credit union has been strengthened and are also open and honest about areas needing improvement. In 2019, together, we hit the lowest turnover rate in many years combined with high employee engagement numbers. These numbers improve year-over-year and trust in leadership is at an all-time high. Despite these positive trends, we regret your experience was different from the majority of employees. We sincerely appreciate your service and wish you the very best in your career.

• Hiring/promoting from within • Generous personal/sick/vacation pay • College reimbursement • 401k match • Discounts on loans • Open door policy - from teller to CEO • The people that work here truly care for our members and for each other.

Cons

There is not a single company out there that is perfect. There just isn’t.
