Pros

The Holidays and you build some friendships with your coworkers

Cons

They cut down on staffing and expect you to meet sales goals while doing the work of a teller, Service Specialist and servicing ATM's and business visits without an increase in pay or title. Incentives and Bonus for tellers are unfair to what others get and bonus and incentives for MSS are unrealistic and hard to achieve if your not in a branch that has high traffic.
