Great HR Benefits, paid time off, and friendly co-workers. The branch staff is working with limited resources but try very hard to achieve tall sales objectives.

Cons

The leader of Consumer Lending is a workplace bully. If you're talented, steer clear of this department or look elsewhere.

The best group of branch leaders that I have ever had the good fortune to work with. A true desire to focus on employee needs.

Cons

Some areas of dysfunction. Not all leaders knew how to combat it. At times initiatives weren't explained and that led to misunderstandings.
