      The staff are lovely across all departments. Lots of scope for progression and really value the development of their staff.

      New positions are mostly hybrid for recruitment which is a shame

      Pros

      The best people to work with, fantastic mind-sets and drive who care about doing the right thing for our customers and our teams. The business needs are constantly shifting which keeps you on your toes and keeps the job diverse. Career progression opportunities are open in all sorts of different contracts and sites. I have worked in the business for two and a half years and have been promoted twice. Both Cardiff sites are great to work at, the bay is beautiful and Cardiff city centre is a great location. The environment is very customer focused about doing the right thing and taking ownership offering world class service to our clients. Constant courses are available through FS including university degrees covered by FS to enhanced your own skills. Fun place to work that is constantly changing it never gets boring!

      If you are passionate are hard working to your team and our clients there are no cons!
