Extreme micromanagement, no room for growth. You’re not learning any skills. OT notice 1 hr before scheduled time. Unrealistic hourly metrics. You will be a prisoner in your own home. No raises but constant emails about how company has record breaking profits in Q1. 3 people on my team quit on the same day. Change pto policy in the middle of summer when vacations had already been planned and approved. This company doesn’t care about its employees
