Pros

-hard-working and helpful coworkers -good job to have as last resort -PTO accrued -25 cents raise after 90 days of employment

Cons

-HIGH turnover (a change of supervisors within 3 months or less) --- they're supposed to evaluate you periodically, but when you sit together for evaluation supervisors do not really know YOU or how you work to give you constructive feedback to improve. -STRICT (cannot eat at desk, cannot read/write anything unrelated to work, cannot have your cell phone on your desk whether you are touching it or not, you get in trouble if you login to phones late by 1 minute or more) -Upper management does not care how you do/perform or how they can help you develop grow, their primary concern are figures/results they get at the end of the day -In less than 6 months, the group I was in (was 20 of us to start with) dwindled to just 3 of us.

Pros

People that you work with, the meal plan at cafeteria

Cons

Bad software upgrades, rollouts, the branch capture, merchant capture doesnt work like it should banks calling in complaining, no Windows 8 support, no IE 10 support, banks leaving all the time (deconverting) for other processing companies. I have never worked for a conpany that will continuosly roll out bad software to customers, this only makes the job worse in my area. Lack of or no training, webcast training, which really is like a bad commercial, you watch and forget. The benefiets are terrible, medical insurance is high with high deductibles, you really cant afford to go to the doctor, and who ever came up with the PTO plan for time off, must have been a proctologist. I could not believe all the negative posts when I came to work here, but believe me they are true for the most part.
