Before I proceed, let me tell you that this is an honest and unpaid review who was fired from the company without any notification inspite of performing well and following all the rules and regulations. I am writing this review not only because of this reason since a company cannot be judged because of a single factor however there were multiple factors to prove this company is worst of all. 1) Hire and fire policy (No job security) - They will fire you anytime without any justification and notification. 2) No proper work allocation - 50% of the people are under utilised while 50% are over utilised. Those who are under utilized crave for more work but are not given any and are fired. Those who are over utilised gets frustrated and have to do same repetitive tasks everyday. I have seen people crying and blaming for why did they join this company. Lot of people fall ill because of over pressure. Their health deteriorate. I myself suffered from anxiety. There's huge negativity around. 3) Politics - Bad people. Literally bad. They won't support you but tell negative things behind your back. They will reach any limit to get you down if you are performing well. Worst politics I have ever seen. A simple and a talented guy won't survive here for more than 6 months. 4) Boss' pet - Spying and wandering around boss is the forte of people working here. They will speak to you nicely and next day they will ditch you. If you are talented there's no place in this company. You will learn all the negative things here. All the unproductive activities are done here. 5) Zero career opportunities - People cannot grow here since there are no opportunities. You will do simple repetitive work than anyone can perform (even a 5 year old kid). They will not train you or provide you resources to grow. 6) Waste of life and no learning - You won't learn anything new year in fact you will degrade more. It's my humble request to all the talented people not to join this company. It's really very bad. I am not writing this review because I was fired, I am writing it to help people in need. I want there life to be good for what they are. Please join some other company. It was my worst decision of my life to join here and give my best.
