The people are amazing and the work is challenging.

Cons

No job security. They keep moving jobs overseas to lower costs and increase shareholder gains. Long term this strategy has the potential to blow up in their face and increases long term costs.

Pros

Decent Pay and Benefits and time off. Loved the group that I worked with.

Cons

The client services group is going thru many changes and restructuring which has been very painful. Knowledge based articles will take years to build up to benefit this group. In the meantime, management thinks you can throw anyone on the phone and provide great service to the client. Gone are the days where you can call in and get answers in a timely fashion and from someone who actually knows the product. It will be a crap shoot once Core's start being consolidated together.

No room for advancement and other departments have a higher salary than others even though both have the same titles.
