Pros

I’ve met some great people here.

Cons

The list is long so I will just reiterate the other negative posts I’ve seen here. I’ve worked here more than 10 years and Fiserv was great up until we took on First Data and Frank became our CEO. Understand you will be just another employee number and not a valued member of this organization. Senior Leadership is anything but truthful. Your voice will not be heard and you will be beaten into the ground. The culture has turned toxic with low morale. All remote workers have been told to move or find another job. Frank is a control freak and dictator and hell bent on destroying Fiserv just like he did FirstData. Measly pay increases each year don’t cover the cost of living even if goals and revenue have been met. They don’t give you the resources to do your job and what we do have breaks constantly. This is a sinking ship. If you’re a client reading this I’m sorry we really did try to do our best for you.

Pros

Absolutely none now that Fiserv is 2nd Data. It's not the 2nd Data cogs but the guy at the top. How did the board give him another 5 years?

Cons

The most unethical C-suite and guy at that top I've ever seen short of 45. I may be broke and not able to find a job based on when/how they did rifs, but i have never felt better in my life getting out of that place. They made the year before covid and during covid absolutely miserable with the move it or lose it routine. I wish nothing but the worst for you 2nd data. Not the good people still there but the guys at the top. You should be ashamed. And some of you who do the jobs you do, like security, laying people off. How do you look at yourself in the mirror every day?

Pros

The pros are that the managers are very flexible. If you get your job done, they will leave you alone. I don't feel a lot of unnecessary pressure to perform and it always seemed like they have my back.

Cons

Senior Management's heads are in the clouds. It feels like they are so detached with what is actually going on, on the ground that it is laughable. All I hear from them is how they are watching people's attendance in the office instead of paying attention to dated systems and critical infrastructure upgrades. When there are upgrades, they don't take the input of the people in the trenches and have unrealistic expectations. They have no problems wasting millions on their pipe dreams but God forbid if you don't show up in the office 4 days a week.
