Pros

- Work with smart, driven people - Interesting business - Management is working to create a faster moving more responsive organization - Flexible in allowing employees to work from home - Increasing focus on communication from senior management

Cons

- Inter-business unit squabbles - Medical benefits are very basic and a constant sore point with employees - Pay raises are very meager and only way to significantly increase compensation is through promotion outside of your immediate team - Physical building is very inadequate

Pros

They have Employee Stock Purchase Plan that you can enroll in up to 10% of your salary with a 15% discount on the stock price. Most people there are good to work with as well.

Cons

Big company, corporate attitude, only care about driving the stock price higher Company does not care about employees which leads to high turnover. There's a policy around fiscal year end (March) to let go of 2% of employees. No matter if you can't afford to let go of anyone or if everyone is performing well. CEO doesn't really care about his perception. 2 years ago they didn't give anyone a raise or bonus but he got a $5 mil+ bonus. Raises on an annual basis are around 0-4%, barely keeping up with inflation.
