Very poor treatment of employees below the level of stock options.

Pros

Most line employees are great people. Competent, dedicated, and very good at what they do. Paychecks don't bounce.

Cons

Pay is horrible. At least 20% less than what you would receive for the same job somewhere else. A good pay raise there is 2%, but most get none year after year. Management completely ignores line employee input. There are few, if any, rewards for jobs done well. Too many projects for at least 10 software releases per year. Everything you do is monitored and recorded: emails, phone calls, trips to the bathroom/breakroom. The annual performance review process is an utter joke. High deductible ($6500 per family/year) health plan is the only option.

Disturbing

Pros

None. Unless you are a member of Sr Management boys club. If not you will be put in a class with no opportunities. Only members of the club reap the benefits.

Cons

Trying to better your career which is pretty much impossible if not a member of the boys club. Equal Employment Opportunities are pretty much non existent. This company pretty much violates every EEOC discrimination law. Can you sign "Release of Claims" for "Compensation".

Would not recommend this company if you value work/life balance

Pros

Co-workers are client centered and really make it tolerable to work here. Long time employees try to maintain the atmosphere as it was prior to Fiserv's acquisition.

Cons

No growth potential, pay is low and raises are almost non-existent. Have been proving through time tracking reports for years that there is a need for more staff, but cannot hire anyone. Staff is overworked and cannot keep up with everything required to do the job properly. Takes years to replace old PCs and laptops long after warranty is expired. Benefits are reduced each year.
