Pros

Was once a great place to work. Now that Frank has taken over it’s awful.

Cons

Everything changed since new CEO. Forcing people back in the office and to relocate to New Jersey. Spy software and tracking your badging. Everyone is miserable now. Frank destroyed First Data and he is doing the same to Fiserv.

Pros

Great people to work with and great pay (both are disappearing from attrition)

Cons

Fiserv was a great company to work for until Frank Bisignano took over the CEO position when Jeff left. It all went downhill from there and now Fiserv is no longer Fiserv, but First Data hiding behind the name Fiserv. Ever since Frank took over, hundreds of formerly remote jobs have been relocated because he doesn't believe people should be remote. Therefore hundreds of family's have been negatively impacted due to their inability to move to one of their non centralized hubs (Frank had multiple buildings closed). Frank is tearing down the amazing company Jeff worked so hard to build for well over a decade. There are other bad policies being enacted that I would risk my job (that's being relocated next year) by discussing it here, but they're highly unethical.

Fiserv has lost touch with Reality

Pros

Flex time, Benefits, good manager

Cons

Fiserv is no longer a company to be proud of when they let good, long term employees go just because they don’t live near one of their hubs. They closed offices across the country and now employees who have done nothing wrong - other than live in a city they don’t seem as acceptable - are being told “relocate or take a severance package”. These employees have been loyal and believed in the company. The company used to hire the best, no matter where they lived. No more. Under the new leadership, it’s going downhill fast. They lied to us.
