Quarterly bonuses are a joke... what used to be as much as 7% (annualized) are now limited to no more the 3%
Contant reshuffling of divisions, departments has lead to confusion among employees and has signifcantly hindered productivity
Work/Home Life balance...forget about it. The only thing that matters at Fiserv is the bottom line...
