      Pros

      Having a job during a global pandemic, great boss, great coworkers

      Cons

      New CEO, CEO going backwards in culture, CEO being blind on what the employees are needing/wanting to do good and produce good work at their job, remote work going away, no flexibility in work arrangements, forcing people to come back to work even with being uncomfortable with global pandemic situation, not being transparent about COVID Positive tests amongst campuses, I could go on but these are the top I can think of at this moment.

      Pros

      None anymore as they only care about building a pretty new office and forcing head reduction so they can staff it with NJ residents for tax break.

      Cons

      Since Fiserv merged with FirstData they have done nothing but reduce employee headcount, increase workload, fail to build proper support foundation for their flagship products and lie to their employees. Now it’s move to New Jersey or leave the company after being told remote was permanent. Now that option is off the table for some and more layoffs are in process. Their client satisfaction is abysmal and account managers spend their time trying to calm clients and put out fires rather than being proactive.
