Forcing people to offices that have been remote for years, 1970’s workplace mentality of acquired First Data leaders who were failures and cons with scandals.. Fiserv was conservative and profitable, now we have a “leader” who has private jets for him and his family to use, an “accoutrements “ clause in his contract. Cuts everywhere , failed process being implemented but this dude is flying high on the stockholder dime.

Fiserv excels in mediocracy. The company is almost entirely reactionary and really has no vision to speak of, no leading voice in the industry. Advancement is next to impossible, unless you know the right people and never make a decision on anything that you may one day be held accountable for. Management is nascent in the skills of managing people. Pay is below market. If you are over 50, watch out. You are on their layoff list.
