Pros

The mid-level management and lower tiers consist of a wealth of exceptionally talented individuals. There are many wonderful people working here. If you want to learn and are at an entry to mid-management level, you can find opportunities to grow here.

Cons

They are a sizable corporation primarily focused on bolstering their own financial gains, continually diminishing employee benefits. One such action involves claw-back the modest 2% bonuses earned from the previous year's work due to leaving halfway through the year. They did not prorate this claw-back. Though layoffs are essential for streamlining operations and occur biannually a Fiserv, a recent reduction of a significant 20% of the workforce was implemented to curb costs. This decision coincided with a lavish all expenses paid executive retreat. This juxtaposition underscores the company's disregard for its workforce. The absence of visionary leadership at the helm, coupled with a failure to grasp contemporary work dynamics, reflects a persistent adherence to outdated business practices rooted in the 1990s, encompassing technology, organizational culture, and environmental approaches.

Pros

There are some middle managers left who are ok. The people aren't bad... they just work here. A diverse place to work. There is always the weekend?

Cons

Come here if you want to be in a Dilbert comic book. The pay is not competitive. How can software get created when you suddenly put IT people in charge who have never worked with developers in their life? Every new hire can't get basic access to things, and every senior person is quitting. This is the biggest sh*t show I have seen in my 25+ year career building software. You'll be dealing with the Peter Principle and whatever godforsaken IT person got to make policies here suddenly. And even though you are RTO you will be forced to do that in the office remotely with your coworkers mostly in India or other parts of the USA.

Pros

Stock price has increased significantly over the last 12 months.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Employees must be in office 4 days a week - there is absolutely no flexibility. Hours worked each day are monitored. Frank, our CEO’s new mantra is “extend the day!” Spyware is installed on your computer to monitor your productivity. Constant reductions of staff. No loyalty whatsoever.
