Pros

Flex time; You can find the Smartest & most professional work force in industry; Management tries its best to keep all the employees informed about the changes that may affect staff well ahead of time.

Cons

No recogniztion for hardworking people. Would be a good place if you want a "stable" job. Note that your salary would be stable as well, without any pay raises. But, new hires will be getting lot more than a long-standing employee even with less than half of skillset.
