Pros

Talented marketing and product development team. Good delivery team. Nice supporting staff. Mid-management seems to want to improve culture. Could be good environment for young interns distant from the fray.

Cons

Lack of innovation, but not due to lack of ideas or desire. Integrity and credibility missing at top. Dysfunctional, distrusting, misleading ownership. Poor culture drove out talent; high turnover past two years.

Pros

Lots of responsibility on projects, control over your dev environment, everyone gets VMWare Workstation (no need to request VMs from a different org), nice laptops, lots of people willing to help if you get stuck, lots of repeat customers, company is growing. Happy Hours are fun, lots of company sponsored events and sports team (broomball, softball, golf tournament, Holiday dinner, summer picnic, Ryder Cup last year, etc).

Cons

Some projects are more much fun than others
