Pros

> They hire on personality so the team you will work in is great. 8 out of 10 coworkers will be proactive and responsive, which makes for a great work environment. > Great pension (but low pay.)

Cons

> Very metric based. > Very high workflow. > Work is repetitive and boring. > Days can be very long and it will be your responsibility. Doomed if you work them (personally) and doomed if you don't. > Career progression is focussed on the (limited) roles the firm needs, and not on your strenghts. This means (often) that it will be a operational role. > There is no real skill development and your skillset will be build as a big firm skillset, which severly limits your outer-firm career opportunities. > Probation period is significantly longer than other firms. > Support and development in your tasks depends a lot in the manager.

Pros

-Does allow for high earnings potential if you’re good at telemarketing -you don’t take any work home with you

Cons

-high turnover rate. They have no issue hiring a class of 10 with the intentions of only keeping 2-3 past the 8-10 month mark. - unless you have prior experience in telemarketing or D2C sales it is a very hard road to navigate. -your job is to dial the phone and that is all you do unless you’re in a training. -if they don’t view you as a top performer they will look to cut bait with you -new rise in call screeners make it extremely difficult to achieve consistent performance
