Annual BBQ and Vendor Snacks

Cons

Most men are treated and think they are of the upper class but women are of a lower class. What they promise you they take back. Houston Controller is a control freak, she must have her hand in everything and know everyone's business and then uses it against them. She creates havoc in the office with no reprimand from upper mgmt. No fairness, it is who you know that get's you advanced, not the good job you do. No Loyalty! If you speak up, you will be in fear of losing you job.

Not a lot maybe the food that Vendors bring in.

Everything pretty much especially bonus and pay.

They offer decent health benefits.

Cons

They tend to not promote from within, and rather hire outside of the company for both management and non-management roles. There is rarely room for upward career trajectory for dedicated employees that have been with the company for years.
