- Field management is a joke, they have individuals in charge that shouldn't be - Stressful work environment -No room for advancement

Pros

Largest electrical contractor in the nation. Plenty of states to find work in. Travel expenses help with per diem pay.

Cons

Poor management choices. Sometimes who you know is more important than what you know, but it’s the same with any company really.

Decent pay and that's all

Cons

Employees are treated extremely poorly. Employees are fired for no reason. Foreman violently threaten employees. Project managers break union laws by allowing employees to work without referrals. Project managers hire felons and allow them to work along children. The work environment is extremely dangerous. No breaks. They cheat you on your hours. They will say you will get paid extra hours to skip breaks then don't pay you. They will fight your workman's comp and unemployment.
