      Fun. Laid back Easy Discounts Nice people( for the most part)

      Cons

      They will hire you and then fire you without even telling you. The hours that they do give you are about 5 hours and 2 days a week. The diversity in the store is horrible, but then again that could just be because of the area of the store

      its perfect the best job in the world. there's employee discounts and it was located close enough to my house so that i could walk to work.

      none like i said its perfect, but the shopping center it was at had nothing open except mcdonalds during the hour of my break.

      Pros

      Working at Five Below was cool because people were very happy to be shopping there and they were typically good customers. I enjoyed seeing everybody happy with the cool merchandise mix the stores have to offer.

      Cons

      As a general manager they tell you to work 45 hrs per week but I rarely worked less than 60. It's a salaried gig so it didn't matter. I would get calls after working all night and about to go to sleep at 11am and be told I have to go back in for a visit or get this certain promotional feature built because we were having a contest around it.
