Everything about working there. Too much pressure from corporate, hours are capped at 20 per week, won't work with a limited schedule, management is lazy, way overstaffed, inconsistent with scheduling.

Upper management will lie about how many hours you're supposed to get. They also tell you you're eligible for a bonus/pay increase every 90 days. It's only once a year. If the GM doesn't like you, they lie about your performance to make sure you don't get a raise. It's a total popularity contest, instead of a work ethic/experience based environment. The cashiers are told they can expect 20 hours a week. They're lucky to get 4. Management is allowed to schedule people once every other week. More often than not managers are used as cashiers.
