Store manager had no idea what she was doing. Would schedule herself only a few times a month and still not show up to any of those shifts. Good luck if you ever needed her for something. I finally quit because I was here for months- and still hadnt gotten an employee ID that allowed me to clock in, preform the functions of my job, and get my discount. And they still hadnt paid me! They did not give me a single one of my paychecks until I quit. Even, then they only gave me my first one. Shift leaders don't do their jobs- spend the entirety of their shifts vaping in the break room while Sales Associates were left to train themselves and run the store alone. I've never worked for a more dysfunctional company. Walking OSHA violation and begging to be contacted by the CDLE.

Open door policy is a joke when opened up and got bullied for it. Also got passed up for a position when nobody ever got to know me to see if I was even a good fit. Extremely overwhelmed with everything and not even allowed to bring on more people. It’s an ok place but the beliefs and Five Below way isn’t reflected through the higher ups AT ALL!
