      Pros

      There's always something to be working on at 5 Below, so your'e never bored...but it gets repetitive after a while. Props to their concept of taking a "Dollar Tree" and making it more inviting to the teen and young adult niches.

      Cons

      Ask to much to be done with little compensation. Breaks as management are not enjoyable, unless there is an additional manager within the store.

      A great work environment for retail employement

      Pros

      Make great friends, fun products, and lots of opportunities for overtime hours. 6mos - yearly raises come with performance evaluation

      Cons

      The food chain of command makes the sales associates feel uncomfortable and forgotten sometimes. Since this company markets to the younger generation, loss prevention is high due to the ease of theft on the smaller items.
