Pros

Paid weekly, can work from home, nice office. A few good leads. Good location in Wichita Kansas. Office stays clean

This company lacks good management. The current one needs more training and seems to be unfriendly to some races. She as her favorites and it shows

Pros

Nothing. Benefits are over priced and don’t offer much coverage. PTO is not great. Expect to work 50-60 hr weeks because they see this as the norm.

Cons

Ownership is over the top. Directors are really glorified managers. Managers are glorified supervisors. Everyone in an ownership, director, manager role are under qualified and usually long term employees who have worked up the ladder by favoritism.

Pros

I loved working here when it was midcontinent communication.we were big on building each other up. Once we were bought out that seemed to leave . than the training started lacking.

Cons

Dont put seasonals on a project that was first started by tenured. Than kicking the tenured off the project. And not training the seasonals.
