Pros

Sales and Marketing productivity, and a very responsive finance team is the highlight of this company. Current executive leaderships is all about getting to profitability not investing in the product or culture.

Cons

Old outdated voice product with a new user interface. Text channel installations are very limited with very few customers using chat or social channels. Engineering, Product Mgmt, Marketing, and Post Sales Support attrition is on the upswing. Can this trend be turned-around?

Terrible management and good luck getting promoted

Pros

great people work within the company, everyone is very helpful when starting, Upper market sales teams have the best management and actual sense of direction.

Cons

Pay is much lower than competing companies. Everything has gone downhill since the acquisition didn't go through. At the entry-level roles, there is almost little to no promotion path. Management is absolute garbage and the whole entire SDR/BDR organization needs to be restructured but they refuse to look into it. I know this has been mentioned to both managers and HR and yet nothing has been done about it. At the BDR level, the quota is the same no matter what market you are in, mid-market, enterprise or strategic.....so good luck hitting quota. Managers will sugar coat everything to make it seem like everything is going to be okay or "you are going to get that promition" but realistically not for 9 months. Managers are very lazy and do almost nothing for the team....never felt heard by my manger
