Five9 has really gone downhill over the years. We used to have a strong culture, whether you were working remotely or in the office. But after COVID, it feels like remote workers have been completely overlooked. We're no longer included in any of the in-office events, and it seems like there's no effort to engage us anymore. It’s frustrating to see our CEO constantly bringing in friends, while those of us who’ve put in the hard work to move up barely get a shot. It’s as if positions are handed out based on connections rather than merit. On top of that, there's no clear direction. We're left to navigate through constant chaos, just repeating the same cycle over and over.

Zero strategy at the CEO level, no global vision. No accountability. If you are male and part of the club of favorite people of the CEO you are golden, but you will likely be unqualified to what needs to be done to get this company back on track like it used to be.
