Used to have a great culture where everyone worked hard and played hard. Many started the company from scratch and could see the value of their work.

Cons

Greed, incompetence and nepotism at the very highest levels of leadership. Many key people have either been laid off (two large layoffs in last 10 months) or have had enough and left. It's a dying company now.
