Truly has a wonderful company culture. It was a shock for me after being so used to other types of environments. I am also happy with the benefits they provide and the type of leadership practiced by my supervisor and higher management.

Cons

Not really a con but the company is growing quickly and that means you may need to learn new things to keep up.
