Small company with a family feeling. Treated with respect and allowed to do the job with professional courtesy. No micro managing going on here. Fun events made virtual due to COVID.

Cons

Small company going through growing pains with lack of communication and collaboration between teams and departments. Hands off approach to technical services and infrastructure. Sales focused especially in the Professional Services division. Smaller income levels than from previous employers.
