      Great people, great location, good repertoire builder.

      Cons

      Open door policy wasn't truly open door except for some leadership (select managers and one VP). Lead to two rounds of layoffs and org shuffling (told by other former employees)

      Pros

      Onboarding is wonderful! Safe, and comforting environment to learn and grow. Lots of support. Fun projects and interesting problems to solve Flexible working environment Amazing culture and atmosphere!!!!

      Cons

      Benefits could be better - which ultimately was why I left, I wouldn’t have hadn’t this been the case. Lengthy quarterly meetings and communication between teams/departments is very siloed (work in progress though!)
