      Work and life balance is good.

      Cons

      Poor client communication. Outsourcing at only a 70 employee large company, why? Too many growing pains. Something called the EOS model - hope it works for them, just wasn’t for me.

      Pros

      Communication and conversation with leadership are frequent and open. Great to learn new things and try out multiple techs, areas of disciplines. Fun reward nights, community events, etc.

      Cons

      Hard to specialize when jumping between disciplines. Lower pay than at larger companies.

      Pros

      Culture is very good. Everyone is welcome. Leadership cares about you and your concerns. Company is growing very fast which leans on job security. Continually learning on the job to boost your skills. Great support from experienced team mates. Work can be challenging but ultimately rewarding.

      Cons

      On-boarding as a new developer is a bit challenging. Compensation for certain development roles is less than it should be based on current role expectations (ie Project Development Lead).
