      Pros

      Working in the Flad office in Seattle was an excellent experience with a fantastic team. A small group of designers backed by a larger corporate structure allows for a lot of hands on engagement and smooth operations.

      Cons

      Flad can be somewhat corporate in their approach to many aspects as they continue to grow.
