Good Pay, Decent work/life balance, opportunities available if you assert yourself and become your own advocate. Interesting/high profile project types

Cons

Limited project types (S&T/lab buildings). Weak management, poor communication at times. Smaller offices get isolated from headquarters (Madison)

Decent people, pay is above average, interesting projects if you like S&T .

Cons

Conservative office management, not at all progressive, headquarter in Madison, lots of cultural influences from the headquarter. Not very focus on employee's professional development. The office is so quiet at time you'd think you work in a graveyard.
