Flagship Pioneering is a place that fosters your professional growth, your agility as an employee and challenges you to step outside the box. Every day I come to work, I am mentally stimulated by not only the scientific work being done, but by my peers and superiors. What makes this place great is the people! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and care about your overall well-being even outside of the work place.
Cons
With any fast-growing company there are some growing pains, but nothing out of the ordinary or to be concerned about. As someone who is looking at process design and efficiency, I can say things are looking up and will only get better. They have already improved immensely since I joined and continue to move in the right direction.
