The best company I’ve ever worked for

Pros

I bounced around between some big companies before Flashbay and wouldn’t ever go back. The office is full of a lot of great people who make the days fly by. It can be hard some days managing all of the volume but as a salesperson it’s a welcome reward to see the commission at the end of the month. All of the leads are warm so there’s no cold calling at all! The work life balance has been great and you never have to worry about being stuck at work in the evenings or on weekends.

Cons

I haven’t really found anything bad. Anytime I’ve had an issue I’ve always been able to talk with management and get it resolved right away.
