A good company to work for if your in college.

Pros

Flexible hours, friendly management, bonus pay on the weekends. The pay is decent for a college kid, and everyone is really helpful getting you accustomed to job.

Cons

Can get boring during down time with nothing to do. The Inventory system is frustrating. Summer months are brutal outside.

I have enjoyed working at fleet farm due to the good work enviorment.

They pay their employees very well at fleet farm and they do a good job of scheduleing a lot of hours for their employees as well

Cons

It can be hard to get time off. If something comes up last second on a day that you work, such as a funeral, it is very hard to get that day off without taking a sick day or some other penalty
