Good and Bad

Pros

Flexible WFH, a lot of bonus PTO, Great people, Great CEO, Employee appreciation and awards, Great HQ.

Cons

There is no knowledge sharing. Everything is "Do as I say" with no explanation. If processes change, they aren't broadly communicated properly. HR is outsourced so they aren't there for the employee or don't understand the company culture. They just follow whatever the manager says. Most managers don't even know what they are doing. They rely on seasoned employees to do the work and take the credit for it. They haven't even worked the job they are managing. Policies aren't consistent across the board, leading to unfair treatment of employees. There isn't as much growth as they promote. Most promotions are already pre-selected based on favoritism and not performance and experience. The company is EXTREMELY unorganized. There are few SOP's to follow and everyone does the job differently, so training is a mess, and little of actual training. Bad employees aren't reprimanded. The mentality is they will "work themselves out" leading to department frustrations and low morale.

Pros

There are some really good, talented and amazing people that work there.

Cons

Its a reactive company, not proactive. No training or continuing education. No clear career path. No communication between departments. Little to no empathy from supervisors or managers. Diversity in leadership is non-existent.

Pros

You now finally get 1 weeks vacation in the first year of employment. The previous policy was to wait a full year for vacation time, then you would have to accrue the time in year two to get PTO.

Cons

Hypocritical executive team Poor health care (high deductible plans only) No advancement opportunities High turnover Low morale Antiquated tech systems, little effort to move to more up to date systems
