IT personnel have an office; perks: $100 days, holiday give-aways and monthly employee recognition; family-owned; open environment; clean, modern and safe location; free parking

Cons

Poor project planning, specifications are vague and/or a wish-list, short project due dates with last minute changes/features to be done. No development environment which means developing against client's live data. Team effort nonexistent ie, developer silos. QA - none. Responsibility is the developer's, not with business group handing out the vague spec'ed wish-list.

Cons

You must love small talk, you literally just stop in and harass businesses over and over and then spend over half your time fixing the CRM
