The organization has a reputation in their industry as a best in practice, niche service provider - it is rare that the company loses a client for reasons within the organization’s control. Cons
The organization has politics and downsides just like any organization. Compensation packages are, on average, generous though annual increases miss the mark in rare cases. There are times where company policies are not consistently applied. However, the numerous strengths of this company far outweigh the opportunity areas.
