There is nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Routinely pushes out loyal employers and replaces with cheap labor. No concept of loyalty. Terrible place to start a career. Well known as a revolving door company. This why they fail. Totally unsuccessful company. Only cares about its stockholders. Employees dont matter. We are all dispensable and they dont hide that fact.

Cons

Executive management allows for a hostile work environment. They pick favorites and are constantly adding to your work load with unrealistic expectations.

Good benefits, Great people at the lower levels.

Cons

Upper management lacks the Heavy truck and trailer industry knowledge. Middle Management get changed out every 2-3 years and would rather point fingers than actually solve issues.. Pricing on products is out of line.
