There’s not much, and depends on the position (working in the stores seems okay, but the corporate office was hell); weekly pay is nice but was only implemented after hearing competitors were doing the same

Cons

Do not properly invest in employees and their needs; long hours and high expectations with no real rewards; supposed to be a fair place to work but really pushes their conservative and right-wing views; heard racist, homophobic, and sexist comments but HR did little or nothing about it.

Favoritism..lies and misleading I was laid off suddenly for “budget cuts” but I was thinking I was starting a career just to be dumped for no reason.. I was being praised by my manager for my work and then out of nowhere with no warning I was fired and told I would get another position in the company and ended up just ignoring me instead.
