The only pro are the people on your team

Cons

Executive leadership is a nightmare, benefits are the worst I've experienced and I've been working for almost 20 years. You feel like a number here, there is no company culture. Everything is about how much money have you made for the company. They force you to come into the office 4x a week but will turn around a hire a fully remote employee to be your boss and your boss's boss. I wouldn't take a job here again if it was the last job on earth.
