      Pros

      - Fully transparent operations and decision making - Remote working culture enables trust in employees and individual autonomy - Easy to travel and optimize productivity with remote flexibility - Management is intentional about fostering a supportive and positive company culture - Rapidly growing. A lot of room for professional growth and making a difference in the company.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but the amount of autonomy and trust in the individual can take some getting used to. This is mostly mitigated by the supportive environment within the company.
