      Pros

      Great culture, great team and great people. Product Management is some of the best I have seen in any organization anywhere, it's very refreshing as an engineer to work with clear goals and objectives in mind. The remote culture is second to none. Great benefits, great pay. Very rewarding company to work for.

      Cons

      Starting PTO could be better, but still inline with industry average.

      Great resources and culture, but fast-paced product launches can cause confusion

      Pros

      Very functional scale-up. We are well-resourced in regards to the tech stack and my team is given quite a bit of autonomy to execute our tasks. The role is flexible and duties challenging but reasonable. Great company culture, good cross-team collab happens all the time.

      Cons

      Sometimes Product iterates so fast that new features get launched before we're made aware of it or trained on them. It's a "good" problem to have I suppose, all things considered. Just inconvenient and awkward when the customer asks about it on a live call and we have no idea what they're talking about.
