      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to be at Fleetio for multiple years now and it is constantly improving. Even during our growth, there has still been constant communication with leadership. I am highly impressed with this company just like I was the first day!

      Cons

      I don't have anything that would be a con for this company.

      Great place to be a remote employee

      Pros

      Strong remote work culture. It feels like an industry leader in that sense. When it comes to teams and team leads, everyone is really intelligent, empathetic, and hard-working. There's also a great understanding of work-life balance.

      Cons

      PTO policy is a little lacking. Also experiencing some growing pains. There's a startup mentality, but it's not really a startup anymore.
